Ron and I left Titusville Sunday and the next place we traveled through was Mosquito Lagoon. This place is like a throwback to the 50's. It is occupied with trailers and small cottages, totally contrary to what you normally see along the waterway. This is the entrance to the lagoon and the following pictures were taken in Mosquito Lagoon.

The picture below is pelicans and some other birds roosting in trees. There were hundreds of birds on this island.

We anchored out on Sunday night north of New Smyrna. When we arrived the place was packed with boats. By 6:00 PM there were only 4 boats in this anchorage. It was very nice and we enjoyed hanging on the hook.

This is a light house at New Smyrna inlet.
